And the 30 day satisfaction guarantee is, frankly, BS - as they have a (buried) no refund policy. So it's not able to do what the advertising and product claims. The big 'repair' download and install feature didn't fix my issue - as it actually depends on your ability to unlock your phone. But having paid the fee for a registration - the claim is nonsense, and their software is really nothing more than a dressed up guide to the same advice youtube would give you. The language they use in the product itself implies that they can pretty much fix/bypass software situations where you can't, say, use any touchscreen component - this was my problem, due to a particular Samsung green screen issue (that no youtube video or guide could resolve). ![]() As others have noted, this is a fairly shady endeavour. UPDATE: Since writing this complaint, and 3 subsequent emails to Tenorshare's stiff customer support team they have agreed to refund me 50% of the product charge. ![]() Avoid - doesn't work as advertised, and is a cash grab.
